Common use of Approval of Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Approval of Disbursements. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Development Committee, no disbursement of proceeds from any Project Permanent Financing shall be made without the approval of the Development Committee and, with respect to costs payable pursuant to the Project Construction Contract, without customary approvals or certifications by the Project Architect and Project General Contractor.
