Common use of Approval of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Approval of Documentation. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the form and substance of all documents delivered hereunder shall be reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and to its counsel.
