Reuse of Documents. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement or any Document referenced herein to the contrary, the drawing, specifications and other documents prepared by the PA/E for this Project are instruments of the PA/E’s service, but the drawings and specifications shall be owned by the Board. The PA/E shall assign to the Board all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including the copyright. The Board shall be permitted to retain copies, including reproducible copies, of the PA/E’s drawings, specifications and other documents for information and reference in connection with the Board’s use and occupancy of the Project. The Board may reuse the drawings, specifications or other documents on other projects in accordance with Sec. 1013.45(4), F.S.

Reuse of Documents. All project documents including, but not limited to, plans and specifications furnished by COMPANY under this project are intended for use on this project only. Any reuse, without specific written verification or adoption by COMPANY, shall be at the CLIENT's sole risk, and CLIENT shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMPANY from all claims, damages and expenses including attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting therefrom. Under no circumstances shall delivery of electronic files for use by the CLIENT be deemed a sale by the COMPANY, and the COMPANY makes no warranties, either express or implied, of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the COMPANY be liable for indirect or consequential damages as a result of the CLIENT’s use or reuse of the electronic files.
Reuse of Documents. Reuse of any documents and/or services pertaining to this project by the OWNER or extensions of this project or on any other project shall be at the OWNER’s sole risk. The OWNER agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSA for all claims, damages, and expenses including attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of such reuse of the documents and/or services by the OWNER or by others acting through the OWNER.
Reuse of Documents. Contractor and any Subcontractor or Supplier or other individual or entity performing or furnishing any of the Work under a direct or indirect contract with Owner: (i) shall not have or acquire any title to or ownership rights in any of the Drawings, Specifications, or other documents (or copies of any thereof) prepared by or bearing the seal of Architect or Architect's Consultant, including electronic media editions; and (ii) shall not reuse any of such Drawings, Specifications, other documents, or copies on extensions of the Project or any other project without written consent of Owner and Architect and specific written verification or adaption by Architect. This prohibition will survive final payment, completion, and acceptance of the Work, or termination or completion of the Contract. Nothing herein shall preclude Contractor from retaining copies of the Contract Documents for record purposes.
Reuse of Documents. The CITY acknowledges that the materials described immediately above are not intended for use in connection with any Project or purpose other than the Project and purpose for which the materials are prepared. Any use by the CITY of such materials in connection with a Project or purpose other than that for which such materials were prepared, without the prior written consent of the CONSULTANT, shall be at the CITY's sole risk, and the CONSULTANT shall have no responsibility or liability related thereto.
Reuse of Documents. 1. Drawings and Specifications and all other documents (including electronic and digital versions of any documents) prepared or furnished by CONSULTANT pursuant to this Agreement are instruments of service in respect to the Project and CONSULTANT shall retain an ownership interest therein. Upon payment of all fees owed to the CONSULTANT, the CLIENT shall acquire a limited license in all identified deliverables (including Reports, Plans and Specifications) for any reasonable use relative to the Project and the general operations of the CLIENT. Such limited license to Owner shall not create any rights in third parties.
Reuse of Documents. Trustee reuse of documents in whole or in part on another project relieves the Design-Builder of liability resulting from such use.

Reuse of Documents. All documents, drawings, sketches, studies, analysis, information, schedules, estimates, reports and other items prepared or furnished by TRANSYSTEMS (or TRANSYSTEMS’ independent professional associates and CONSULTANTS) pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to Drawings and Specifications, are instruments of service in respect of the Project and TRANSYSTEMS shall retain an ownership and property interest therein whether or not the Project is completed. Provided, however, that such documents, drawings, sketches, studies, analysis, information, schedules, estimates, reports and other items are not intended or represented to be suitable for reuse by CLIENT or others on extensions of the Project or on any other project. Any reuse without written verification or adaptation by TRANSYSTEMS for the specific purpose intended will be at CLIENT’s sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to TRANSYSTEMS, or to TRANSYSTEMS’ independent professional associates or CONSULTANTS, and CLIENT does hereby, to the fullest extent permitted by law, indemnify and hold harmless TRANSYSTEMS, TRANSYSTEMS’ officers, employees and agents and TRANSYSTEMS’ independent professional associates and CONSULTANTS from all claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs of defense, arising out of or resulting therefrom. The provisions of this Section 7.2 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Reuse of Documents. Documents that may be relied upon by CLIENT as instruments of service under this Agreement are limited to the printed copies (also known as hard copies) that are signed or sealed by J-U-B (including non-vector PDF facsimiles thereof). All printed materials or other communication or information (“Documents”) that may be prepared or furnished by J-U-B pursuant to this Agreement are instruments of service with respect to the Project. J-U-B grants CLIENT a limited license to use the Documents on the Project subject to receipt by J-U-B of full payment for all Services related to preparation of the Documents. Although CLIENT may make and retain copies of Documents for reference, J-U-B shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including the copyright thereto, and the same shall not be reused on this Project or any other Project without J-U-B’s prior written consent. Submission or distribution of Documents to meet regulatory or permitting requirements, or for similar purposes, in connection with the Project, including but not limited to distribution to contractors or subcontractors for the performance of their work, is not to be construed as publication adversely affecting the reserved rights of J-U-B. Any reuse without written consent by J-U-B, or without verification or adoption by J-U-B for the specific purpose intended by the reuse, will be at CLIENT’s sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to J-U-B. The CLIENT shall release, defend, indemnify, and hold J-U-B harmless from any claims, damages, actions or causes of action, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ and expert fees, arising out of or resulting from such reuse.
