Approval of Documents. 1.3.4.1 The Owner’s acceptance of any document does not relieve the Design Professional of its obligation to deliver, complete and accurate, all documents necessary for the successful completion of the project per the requirements in the Authorization to Proceed and shall not be deemed to have the required approval of any authority having jurisdictional review over the project or portions of the project.
