Common use of Approval of Extension Clause in Contracts

Approval of Extension. Within ten (10) days after Administrative Agent's notice to Borrower that all (or some, as applicable) of Banks have approved an Extension Request (whether pursuant to Section 2.21(a), (b) or (c)), Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent for the account of each Bank approving the extension and each Replacement Bank an extension fee in the amount provided in the Extension Request.
