PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. 28. Acceptance of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a hearing of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on a date agreed to by counsel for Staff and the Respondent.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. 48. Acceptance of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a hearing of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on a date agreed to by counsel for Staff and the Respondent. MFDA Settlement Hearings are typically held in the absence of the public pursuant to section 20.5 of MFDA By-law No. 1 and Rule 15.2(2) of the MFDA Rules of Procedure. If the Hearing Panel accepts the Settlement Agreement, then the proceeding will become open to the public and a copy of the decision of the Hearing Panel and the Settlement Agreement will be made available at xxx.xxxx.xx.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. 87. The parties will seek approval of this Settlement Agreement at a public hearing before the Commission according to the procedures set out in this Settlement Agreement and the Commission’s Rules of Practice.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT a. Upon execution of the Settlement Agreement by Staff and by the Respondents, Staff will apply to the Commission for an order approving the Settlement Agreement.

The approval of the settlement as set out in the Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a public hearing of the Commission in accordance with procedures described herein and further procedures which may be agreed upon by the Xxxxxx Group and Staff. Staff and the Xxxxxx Group agree that if the Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, they waive their rights to a full hearing of this matter under the Act.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. 39. Approval of this settlement will be sought at a public hearing before the Commission scheduled for a date to be agreed to by Staff and Sapi, in accordance with the procedures set out in this settlement agreement and the Commission’s Rules of Practice.

PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT. 11.1 No later than ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, Class Counsel shall file a motion with the Court seeking immediate entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and, after Notice is given to the Settlement Class, a hearing will be held by the Court pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the fairness of the Settlement to the Class (“Settlement Fairness Hearing”) and entry of the Order and Final Judgment approving the settlement.
