Common use of Approval of Plans and Drawings Clause in Contracts

Approval of Plans and Drawings. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER in PDF format of the plans and drawings to be submitted thereto in accordance with the Specifications for its approval. The BUYER shall after the date of receipt, within three (3) weeks before the keel laying of the VESSEL and within two (2) weeks after the keel laying of the VESSEL inform the BUILDER of the BUYER's approval or approval with comments as described in the Specifications. A list of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.

Approval of Plans and Drawings. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER in PDF format two (2) copies each of the plans and drawings to be submitted thereto in accordance with the Specifications for its approvalapproval at its address as set forth in Article XVIII hereof. The BUYER shall after the date of receiptshall, within three (3) weeks after the date of receipt before the keel keel-laying of the VESSEL and within two (2) weeks after the keel date of receipt after keel-laying of the VESSEL inform the BUILDER of the BUYER's ’s approval or approval with comments as described in the Specificationscomments, if any. A list of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties heretosubject to BUILDER’s standard.
