Supervision and Inspection. The Construction Administrator shall inspect all work of the general contractor, subcontractors, and any additional service providers for compliance with the contract documents. The Construction Administrator shall review the shop drawings for compliance with the contract documents without assuming any of the liabilities or responsibilities of the architect for the project, hereinafter referred to as the Architect, or perform any construction work with its own forces, without the express, written consent of the Commissioner. The Construction Administrator shall act as the State's liaison with the general contractor for the project. It shall assist in understanding the intent of the contract documents. It shall assist in obtaining from the State additional details or information when required for proper execution of the work. The Construction Administrator shall also perform the following:
a. The Construction Administrator shall conduct on-site daily inspections and monitor the work in progress to assist the DAS in determining if the work is in general proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.
b. The Construction Administrator shall report to the DAS whenever any work is unsatisfactory, faulty or defective or does not conform to the contract documents, or has been damaged, or does not meet the requirements of any inspection, test, or approval required to be made; and advise the DAS and the general contractor of work that it believes should be corrected or rejected or should be uncovered for observation, or requires special testing, inspection, or approval.
c. The Construction Administrator shall verify that tests, equipment and systems start-ups, and operating and maintenance training are conducted in the presence of appropriate personnel, and that the general contractor maintains adequate records thereof; and observe, record, and report to the DAS and the Architect appropriate details relative to the test procedures and start-ups.
d. The Construction Administrator shall report to the Architect when clarifications and interpretations of the contract documents are needed. Clarifications and interpretations issued by the Architect shall be transmitted to the general contractor by the Construction Administrator after review thereof by the Construction Administrator.

Supervision and Inspection. 11.1 Consultant will give sufficient supervision of the Work using its best skill and attention. Consultant will carefully study and compare all specifications and other instructions and will at once report to University any error, inconsistency or omission which it may discover. Consultant shall also employ capable, experienced or reliable workers as may be required for the work to be performed.
11.2 University reserves the right to request the removal of any Consultant employee from the project if, in the judgment of University, such removal shall be necessary in order to protect the interests of University. The manner of performance of the Work and all materials used therein shall be subject to inspection, test, and approval of University, and the Consultant shall furnish all information required by University concerning the nature and source of any materials incorporated or to be incorporated into the Work.
11.3 Consultant and its employees or agents shall have the right to use those University facilities that are necessary to perform services under this Agreement and shall have no right of access to any other facilities of the University.

Without prejudice to any of the terms and conditions of the Order, the Company's representative will be entitled to check the quality of the products and their compliance with the Order prior to, upon or after receipt thereof, all at the Company's choice, in order to determine whether the products comply with the Order. Supervision and Inspection. Engineering supervision and full time inspection services shall be provided on all construction work to which the selected firm is assigned. Sufficient personnel as agreed upon by the City shall be assigned to the construction project to assure that each element of the project is constructed in keeping with the plans and specifications approved by the City. Activities associated with this task will be dedicated to verifying that all materials provided and work performed is in conformance with the project plans and specifications. d. daily communication with contractor supervision to coordinate inspection activities and to properly inspect, test, measure, and document the work;
e. daily communication with the contractor, advising of needed corrections to the work;
f. daily communication with the survey crew(s) to obtain proper interpretation of stakes and coordinate daily staking needs;
g. daily communication with testing personnel to schedule and properly sample and test the materials and work;
h. attend the weekly progress/planning meetings;
i. inspect materials to be used in the work, verifying they meet the project specifications;
j. complete Inspector’s Daily Reports (IDRs) in accordance with City standards;
k. document material usage and quantities on IDRs using FieldBook/FieldManager;
l. review/inspect the Contractor’s equipment to confirm it meets the project specifications, and document the specific type and amount of equipment used on the IDR;
m. inspect the contractor’s workmanship to verify that it meets the methods, tolerances, time requirements, temperature requirements etc., of the specifications, and document this on the IDR;
n. inspect and document that the work is performed and completed to the lines, grades, and elevations required by the project plans and specifications;
o. document the contractor workforce and weather conditions on the IDR;

Supervision and Inspection. 1. The Contractor will provide, or cause the provision of, competent and adequate supervision and inspection of all work in connection with the Program.
2. The State shall have the right to inspect, to the extent deemed necessary by the Commissioner, all work in connection with the Program during the term of the Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after the later of: the expiration of this Agreement; or the expiration of the time period set forth in Exhibit A. The Contractor will cooperate fully with State in connection with matters set forth in this Article VII. The Contractor will take all steps necessary to assure that, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Commissioner will be permitted to audit, examine and inspect all work in connection with the Program, and all Agreements, documents, payrolls, employment conditions, and any and all data records pertaining to said Program.
3. The Contractor will, at such time as the Commissioner may request, furnish him/her with such periodic reports and statements, and documentary data and information, pertaining to the Resident Service Coordinator Program, including but not limited to progress and status reports of the Program.
4. The Contractor shall keep and maintain at its offices for a minimum period of three (3) years, after the last applicable audit of the Program, full and accurate books, minutes, records, and other documents, including but not limited to books of account, relating to its receipt and payment of funds and any other records and documents pertaining to the Program that State may be required to maintain or report under the rules, regulations and policies now or hereafter applicable to the Resident Service Coordinator Program, including but not limited to such data as will permit a speedy and efficient audit and will fully disclose:
a. the amount and disposition by the Contractor of any funds provided under this Agreement;
b. all items or costs chargeable or which are proposed to be charged pursuant to this Program;
c. resident assessment materials; and
d. records of referrals for services.
5. The Contractor shall provide for an audit acceptable to the Commissioner, in accordance with the provisions of CGS § 7-396a. Such audit shall include management letters and audit recommendations. Supervision and Inspection. 6.1. County reserves the right to require the removal from The Project of any employee of Vendor or a subcontractor if in the judgment of County such removal shall be necessary in order to protect the interest of County.
6.2. The manner of work on The Project shall be subject to the inspection, tests and approval of County. County shall have the right to inspect all invoices and other data and records of Vendor and of any subcontractor, relevant to the work on The Project.
