Approval of Previous Filings with the Secretary of State and Release of Organizer. The Members hereby approve all the documents previously filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Colorado, including the Company's Articles of Organization. In the event that any such documents name an "organizer" of the Company, then such person or entity shall be and is hereby automatically and immediately released from that position and shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of being an organizer of this Company. In addition, the Members hereby authorize the Company to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any cost or claim of any nature arising from such person's activities in forming the Company.
