Certificate of Amendment definition

Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment of the Company, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.
Certificate of Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement.

Certificate of Amendment means the amendment to the Charter of the Corporation reflecting the Shareholder Approval.
