Common use of Approval of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Approval of Settlement. 61. Approval of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at the public hearing of the Commission to be scheduled on a date as agreed to by Staff and Xxxxxxx (the "Settlement Hearing"). Xxxxxxx will attend at the Settlement Hearing.
