APPROVAL OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND MATERIALS. Prior to commencing any work under this Contract, the contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a list of all the subcontractors and material suppliers it proposes to use for this Contract. No subcontractor or material supplier will be permitted to deliver materials or perform any work on this Contract until it has been approved by the Engineer.
