XXXXXXXXXX, SUCCESSOR AND ASSIGNS. The Contractor shall not sublet any part of the work under this Contract, nor assign any money due him hereunder without first obtaining the written consent of the TOWN DISTRICT. This Contract shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the parties hereunder and upon their respective successors and assigns, but neither party shall assign or transfer his interest herein in whole or in part without consent of the other.
