APPROVAL OF SUBRECIPIENT'S STAFF. 7.3.1 County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of Subrecipient's staff performing Work hereunder and any proposed changes in Subrecipient's staff, including, but not limited to, Subrecipient's Project Manager. Subrecipient shall provide County's Program Manager with a resume of each proposed substitute and an opportunity to interview such person prior to any staff substitution.
