Approval of the FAP. (a) The FAP, including any agreed amendments or revisions made as a result of the collaborative development process described in Section 7.4.2, must be signed by the faculty member, and approved by the department/library personnel committee, chair, xxxx and the Chief Academic Officer. At the option of the college, and as expressed in the college P&P, FAPs may also require approval by the college personnel committee. A copy of all approved FAPs will be retained in the Human Resources Office.
