Common use of Approval of Trustees' remuneration Clause in Contracts

Approval of Trustees' remuneration. No remuneration will be paid to a Trustee in his or her capacity as a Trustee unless that remuneration has been authorised by a resolution of the Adult Members present at the annual general meeting. Each such resolution will express the remuneration to be paid to the Trustees as a monetary sum per annum payable either to all Trustees taken together or to any person who from time to time holds office as a Trustee.
