Approval or Non-Approval. The Division Leader shall notify the Continuous Member not less than 60 calendar days prior to the commencement of the relevant Term of the following: (a) whether or not the Application was approved; (b) if approved, the period of time for which the Continuous Part-Time status will be in effect; (c) the percentage of full workload which was approved including teaching and non-teaching responsibilities; (d) salary and vacation entitlements resulting from the Continuous Part-Time status.
