Approval to Participate. Full and part-time employees (other than casual employees) who are covered by this Agreement may apply to the Chief Executive for approval to participate in the scheme at any time. The application must specify the amount of leave to be purchased in whole weeks up to a maximum of twelve weeks, and the period over which the additional leave is to be acquitted in accordance with clause 74.1.
