Approvals and Inspections by Governmental Authorities. If requested by the Lender, all inspections and approvals by Governmental Authorities required for the stage of completion of each Unit shall have been obtained and the Lender shall have received satisfactory evidence thereof or will have been provided access thereto satisfactory to the Lender, or shall have obtained such evidence upon inspection of the Approved Subdivision.
