Common use of Approvals and Regulatory Filings Clause in Contracts

Approvals and Regulatory Filings. All conditions required to be satisfied prior to the Effective Time by the terms of any such Authorizations shall have been satisfied, and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired.
