APPROVALS AND THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS. 3.1 TxDOT-Provided Approvals 3.1.1 TxDOT retains responsibility for obtaining all TxDOT-Provided Approvals (based on the Schematic Design) that TxDOT has not obtained as of the Effective Date. 3.1.2 All conditions and requirements of the TxDOT-Provided Approvals shall automatically be deemed included in the scope of the Work. 3.1.3 The following TxDOT-Provided Approvals had not yet been obtained as of the Proposal Due Date: Texas Highway Freight Network Policy Deviation at UPRR Dallas Sub.
