Project Specific Third-Party Agreements. As described in Item 13 of the Design-Build Specifications, TxDOT has Third Party Agreements with local Governmental Entities along the Project corridor that define the requirements for construction, maintenance and operation of traffic signals, illumination and roadway maintenance, and that specify the local Governmental Entities’ responsibilities and TxDOT’s responsibilities with respect to the requirements. In accordance with Item 13 of the Design-Build Specifications, DB Contractor will assume and execute TxDOT’s responsibilities and duties as defined in such Third Party Agreements to the extent set forth in Exhibit 8 to this DBA.
