APPROVALS OF THIRD PARTIES AND PERMITS AND CONSENTS. Company and Shareholders shall use their best efforts to secure all necessary approvals and consents of third parties to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including consents described on EXHIBIT 2.4. Company and Shareholders shall use their best efforts to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals or other authorizations required under any law, rule, regulation, or otherwise to provide the services of the Practice contemplated by the Service Agreement and to conduct the intended business of the Practice and operate the Business and use the Assets.

Company Contributor and Shareholders shall use their best efforts to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals or other authorizations required under any law, rule, regulation, or otherwise to provide the services of the Practice Contributor contemplated by the Service Agreement and to conduct the intended business of the Practice Contributor and operate the Business and use the Assets.
