PAYORS Sample Clauses

PAYORS. EXHIBIT 2.28 sets forth a true, complete and correct list of the names and addresses of each payor of Company's services which accounted for more than 10% of revenues of Company in the preceding fiscal year. Company has good relations with all such payors and other material payors of Company and none of such payors has notified Company that it intends to discontinue its relationship with Company or to deny any claims submitted to such payor for payment.

PAYORS. EXHIBIT 2.28 sets forth a true, complete and correct list of the names and addresses of each payor of Dentist's services which accounted for more than 10% of revenues of Dentist in the preceding fiscal year. Dentist has good relations with all such payors and other material payors of Dentist and none of such payors has notified Dentist that it intends to discontinue its relationship with Dentist or to deny any claims submitted to such payor for payment.

PAYORS. The term "Payors" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.27.

Contributor has good relations with all such payors and other material payors of Contributor and none of such payors has notified Contributor that it intends to discontinue its relationship with Contributor or to deny any claims submitted to such payor for payment.

PAYORS. Schedule 3.32 sets forth a true, correct and complete list of the names and addresses of each Payor, including any private pay patient as a single payor, of the Company's services which accounted for more than 10% of the revenues of the Company in the three (3) previous fiscal years. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.32, the Company has good relations with such Payors and none of such Payors has notified the Company that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the Company or to deny any claims submitted to such Payor for payment.

PAYORS. Because we are not responsible under the terms of our agreement with the State Health Plan for funding the payments for Covered Services provided to State Health Plan Members, we will not be required to advance or fund such payments notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary. As a governmental entity, the State Health Plan is obligated by law to fund such payments and is acting as a payor rather than an employer.

PAYORS. Exhibit 2.31 sets forth a true, complete and correct list of the names and addresses of each payor of the Company's services which accounted for more than ten percent (10%) of revenues of the Company in the preceding fiscal year. To the best of Company's and Shareholders' knowledge, the Company has good relations with all such payors and other material payors of the Company and none of such payors has notified the Company that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the Company or to deny any claims submitted to such payor for payment.

PAYORS. Provider and Manager, in consultation with one another, shall administer and negotiate all third party payor agreements, including without limitation, government Payors, distributors and sales agents.

PAYORS. Schedule 3.30 sets forth a true, correct and complete list of the names and addresses of each Payor, including any private pay patient as a single Payor, of the Acquired Businesses or the Practice which accounted for more than ten percent (10%) of the revenues of such Acquired Business or the Practice in the three (3) previous fiscal years. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.30, each of the Company, the Subsidiary and the Practice does not have, and has not had, any disputes (other than immaterial disputes arising in the Ordinary Course of Business) which have not been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties thereto, and none of such Payors has notified the Company, the Subsidiary or the Practice that it intends to discontinue its relationship with the Company, the Subsidiary or the Practice or to deny any claims submitted to such Payor for payment.

PAYORS. Neither Purchaser nor PurchserSub has been excluded or debarred by any Law or Order from any healthcare program run by any Governmental Entity, and no formal Action to exclude or debar Purchaser or PurchaserSub from any such healthcare program is pending or, to the Knowledge of Purchaser, threatened.
