Common use of Approved Appraisers Clause in Contracts

Approved Appraisers. Approved Appraisers for Borrowing Base Collateral shall mean AVITAS, Inc. and Simat Hellieson & Eichxxx Xxx. or any other appraiser for such Eligible Assets approved in writing by the Agent and consented to by the Company, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
