Approved Plan. The Recipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966.This Executive order applies to all federally assisted construction contracts and subcontracts. It provides that no person shall be discriminated against on the basis of race. The Recipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program to the grantee for approval.
