Common use of Approved Plans and Working Drawings for Any Other Tenant’s Work Clause in Contracts

Approved Plans and Working Drawings for Any Other Tenant’s Work. To the extent Tenant wishes to perform, in the course of the initial build-out of the Premises, any alterations, additions or improvements which are not part of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall proceed in the same manner set forth in Paragraph 2(b) above to cause plans, specifications and working drawings for such alterations, additions and improvements to be prepared and delivered to Landlord for approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed by Landlord).
