Approved Product Claims. Celltech shall not make and shall cause its Subdistributors and Sublicensees to not make claims to any Third Party concerning the Product except as contained in or permitted by the relevant Marketing Authorization or as approved in the Territory by the appropriate Regulatory Authority.
