Approved Product List. Subject to complying with its obligations under clause 4.1(f), the Authorised Representative agrees that, it must not provide the Financial Planning Services in relation to a particular financial product or engage in any other conduct that is reasonably likely to result in a person acquiring a financial product, unless: (a) that financial product is on the Approved Product List; or (b) the Licensee has given the Authorised Representative authority to do so in writing; or (c) doing so is in accordance with an applicable Licensee Standard.
