Common use of Approved Releases Clause in Contracts

Approved Releases. If a Release requires consent pursuant to Section 10.1 or 10.2, once consent has been given both Parties may make subsequent public disclosure of the contents of such statement without the further approval of the Party whose consent was required; provided, such content is not presented with any new data or information or conclusions and/or in a form or manner that materially alters the subject matter therein.

If a Release requires consent pursuant to Section 10.1 Sections 10.3, 11.2 or 10.211.3, once consent has been given both Parties may make subsequent public disclosure of the contents of such statement without the further approval of the Party whose consent was required; provided, such content is not presented with any new data or information or conclusions and/or in a form or manner that materially alters the subject matter therein.

If a Release requires consent pursuant to Section 10.1 Sections 16.3 or 10.217.2, once consent has been given both Parties may make subsequent public disclosure of the contents of such statement without the further approval of the Party whose consent was required; provided, such content is not presented with any new data or information or conclusions and/or in a form or manner that materially alters the subject matter therein.

If a Release requires consent pursuant to Section 10.1 or 10.2, this ARTICLE 12 once consent has been given both Parties may make subsequent public disclosure of the contents of such statement without the further approval of the Party whose consent was required; provided, such content is not presented with any new data or information or conclusions and/or in a form or manner that materially alters the subject matter therein.

If a Release requires consent pursuant to Section 10.1 or 10.210.10, once consent has been given both Parties may make subsequent public disclosure of the contents of such statement Release (or the press release issued pursuant to Section 10.9) without the further approval of the Party whose consent was required; provided, provided that such content information remains accurate as of such time and is not presented with any new data or information or conclusions and/or or in a form or manner that materially alters the subject matter therein.
