Waiver and Release of Claims. Waiver and Release of Claims. Each Supporting Holder covenants and agrees, severally with respect to such Supporting Holder only and not with respect to any other Supporting Holder, as follows:

Waiver and Release of Claims. As a condition to the receipt of payments and other benefits provided under Sections 4 and 7, Executive shall sign the Waiver and Release attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A after termination from employment during the Employment Period and prior to receipt of any of the payments and benefits provided in Sections 4 and 7 (other than the Accrued Obligations described in Section 4(a)(i)(A)).
