Common use of Approved Subcustodians Clause in Contracts

Approved Subcustodians. The Custodian may act under this Agreement through the Subcustodians listed on SCHEDULE A hereto. The Custodian reserves the right, exercising reasonable discretion, to amend Schedule A from time to time. Any such amendment (and any related transfer accomplished physically, by book-entry or otherwise, of the Fund's Foreign Assets) shall be effected with due regard to the continuing reasonable care (as determined by the Fund's Foreign Custody Manager) of such Foreign Assets. 4.2.2.
