Common use of Approved Working Drawings Clause in Contracts

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheldwithheld or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the applicable 6310 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent provided, however, that Landlord may not be unreasonably withheldonly disapprove of any such change to the extent the necessary to eliminate a Design Problem (as requested and approved, a “Tenant Change”).

After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall promptly submit the same to the appropriate municipal governmental authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings other than to reflect changes which are within the discretion of Tenant hereunder may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities city and other governmental agencies having jurisdiction for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Landlord shall approve the Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Improvements by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of Tenant (as so approved, the Final “Approved Working Drawings, ”). Tenant may then submit the same Approved Working Drawings to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that . Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancyoccupancy as required to substantially complete the Improvements. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

After approval (or deemed approval) by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Tenant Improvements and Compliance Work by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City of San Francisco for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Fourth Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant’s delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Fourth Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be Drawings, as approved by Landlord (Lessor, are hereinafter referred to as the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior .” Lessee shall obtain all applicable permits from the City of Redwood City necessary to complete the commencement of construction of tenant improvements in substantial conformance with the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Approved Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor LandlordLessor’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be TenantLessee’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in a timely manner in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings which will require a permit or other governmental approval may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises Tenant Improvements by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings they shall be known as the “Approved Working Drawings, Tenant may ,” and Architect shall submit the same them and all other required documents to the appropriate municipal authorities applicable governmental authority for all applicable building permits, submittals, authorizations and approvals applicable to the Approved Working Drawings and Tenant Improvements (the “Approvals”). Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any Approvals, including, without limitation, any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Property, and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s sole responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheldwithheld or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Suite 400 Expansion Premises by Tenant. After approval (or deemed approval) by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Suite 400 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings (other than minor field changes) may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved (or deemed approved) by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction in the applicable portion of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant’s delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for such portion of the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be reasonably approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After reasonable approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No material changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed except to the extent necessary to eliminate a Design Problem.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Additional Premises by Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Additional Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the such applicable Construction Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings for such applicable Construction Premises may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord Lessor (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by TenantLessee. After approval by Landlord Lessor of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant Lessee may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City in which the Project is located for all applicable building permits. Tenant Lessee hereby agrees that neither Landlord Lessor nor Landlord’s Lessor's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s Lessee's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord Lessor shall cooperate with Tenant Lessee in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Lessee to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheldwithheld and shall be granted or withheld (with written explanation of the reasons for withholding of consent) within three (3) business days following Lessor's receipt of Lessee's written request therefor.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure all permits required in connection with the construction of the Improvements on or before November 15, 2010.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord Lessor (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by TenantLessee. After approval by Landlord Lessor of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant Lessee may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities City where the Premises is located for all applicable building permits. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

No material changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Xxxxxx's delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord's approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings for each Phase shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises such Phase by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant’s delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits for such Phase. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be reasonably approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the “Permits”). Tenant shall not commence construction until all required governmental permits are obtained. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant in accordance with Section 3.3 above. Concurrently with Tenant. After approval by Landlord 's delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord's approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings for each phase of improvements shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises improvements for such phase in the Shell Space by Tenant. The improvements described in the Approved Working Drawings shall be referred to herein as the “Tenant Improvements”. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Shell Space and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings Landlord shall be approved approve (or disapprove) working drawings prepared by the Architect within ten (10) days after Landlord receives the final working drawings (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant). No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Notwithstanding anything in this Tenant Work Letter to the contrary, Tenant shall not commence (or allow the commencement of) the construction of the Tenant Improvements until the Final Working Drawings shall be are approved in writing by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant"). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No Subject to the terms of Section 4.2.1, below, no changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Sublandlord and Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by TenantSubtenant. After approval by Sublandlord and Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant Subtenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant Subtenant hereby agrees that neither Sublandlord, Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s Subtenant's responsibility; provided, however, that Sublandlord and Landlord shall shall, in any event, cooperate with Tenant Subtenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant Subtenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No material changes, material modifications or material alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Sublandlord and Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordLessor, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord FLUC nor Landlord’s FLUC's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Suite 100 Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord FLUC shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of LandlordFLUC, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises Expansion Space and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. The Final Working Drawings approved by Landlord are referred to herein as the “Approved Working Drawings”. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall promptly submit the same Approved Working Drawings to the appropriate municipal governmental authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in revisions to the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by TenantImprovements. After Concurrent with approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the "Permits"). Tenant shall deliver the Permits to Landlord promptly following Tenant's receipt of same. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

The Final Working Drawings for each Phase shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises such Phase by Tenant. After approval by Landlord Concurrently with Tenant's delivery of the Final Working DrawingsDrawings to Landlord for Landlord's approval, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits for such Phase. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “"Approved Working Drawings”") prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits (the "Permits"). After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities municipality for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the applicable Suite or the Original Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Expansion Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s 's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the any Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Approved Working Drawings. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the term “Approved Working Drawings” shall mean those certain tenant improvement plans prepared by I.D. Studios (the “Architect”) prior to the commencement ), dated as of construction of the Premises May 14, 2009, and approved by Landlord and Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may shall submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permitspermits on or before the date set forth in Schedule 1. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
