Common use of Appurtenant Rights Clause in Contracts

Appurtenant Rights. Tenant is granted the right at all times during the Lease Term to the nonexclusive use of the common corridors and hallways, stairwells, restrooms, and other public or common areas located on the Real Property (the "Common Area"). Landlord, however, has the discretion to determine the manner in which those public and common areas are maintained and operated, and the use of those areas shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations, as defined in Section 6.2.
