Common use of Aquaculture Clause in Contracts

Aquaculture. ‌ (1) Aquaculture is dependent on the use of the water area and, when consistent with control of pollution and prevention of damage to the environment, is a preferred use of the water area. While aquaculture is not anticipated within the City’s shoreline jurisdiction, some scale or form of aquaculture could be appropriate.
