Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Facility effort will include design and documentation and may include: • Lap / competition pool. • Recreational pool. • Splash pad. • Pool support building. • Parking lot reconfiguration. • Landscaping and Irrigation. This proposal is based on an assumed project budget of up to $12 Million and a Construction Budget of up to $8.4 Million, with the pool size(s), program and required documentation based on this budget. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK (BASIC SERVICES) 0 - GENERAL During the project, certain activities occur in each phase. These activities, described below, are non- sequential and may not be applicable to all phases of the project. These activities include: 0.01 Project Administration services including: .01 Initial consultation in development of the Project. Aquatic Center. The Lessee shall maintain the Aquatic Center as a recreational resource open to the public in accordance with the conditions of a Proposition 84 grant received bythe Cityfrom the State of California (the “State Grant’) and will operate or cause to be operated the Aquatic Center at least through June 30, 2041. The Lessee will assure that all conditions of the State Grant are complied with.
Aquatic Center. The ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aquatic Center opened its doors in 1967 and now serves the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ College faculty/staff, students, alumnae/i, and Baltimore community. The pool measures 25 yards and has 6 lanes. • 6-9 years of age • Must be able to complete one length of pool • Have basic understanding of at least two competitive strokes • 10 years or older • Age-group swimmers with background in all four competitive strokes • Open for all competitive swimmers Session 1: September 8 - October 6 Session 2: October 20 - November 17 Session 3: January 19 - February 23 Session 4: March 29 - May 3 • Six available training lanes • One hour of instruction and analysis per day
