Final Master Plan. Making revisions based on input from City staff, the TAC and Steering Committee, the public and the Council, MIG will finalize the Master Plan.

After receiving and incorporating Mooresville’s comments, HDR will prepare a Final Master Plan report as well as a summary presentation information for Mooresville’s use for making updates to the governing board or similar purposes. Final Master Plan. 6.8 Provide three (3) hard copies and a City approved electronic copy of the Final Master Plan Report and electronic copies of all related materials to the City PM.
Final Master Plan. Based on the public feedback and City of Brentwood review of the draft master plan documents the SWT Design Team will finalize the master plan document and submit the completed master plan.
Final Master Plan. This task includes development of a final master plan from City of Pueblo, SHF and community partner evaluations and recommendations. The plan shall be scaled and annotated.
Final Master Plan. Following review of the Preliminary Master Plan by the City, the Golf Course Architect shall make the necessary revisions and prepare a computer-drafted Master Plan. The Master Plan shall identify the scope and location of the work including specific trees recommended for removal, drainage improvements, the removal or renovation of bunkers, adjustment to tee locations, cart paths and practice facilities. The final Master Plan shall indicate overall course yardage as well as yardage for each tee on each hole.
Final Master Plan. [6 Weeks] The SOM team will prepare a Final Master Plan based on comments and feedback in previous phases. This will refine the overall concept further, provide urban design details for Phase 1 components. Based on this and extensive discussions, we will begin to prepare a Final Masterplan Presentation and Report that will include: Context and relationship diagrams. Overall illustrative site plan. Three-dimensional illustrations. Urban design and landscape design concept diagrams illustrating site connectivity, open space, public realm strategies, relationship to adjacent neighborhoods and downtown Bloomington. Public realm and pedestrian diagrams including the configuration of the open space system. Land use, development mix and program. Concept level Gross Floor Area and Floor Area Ratios. Development blocks, footprints, and relationships. Design guidelines for all ground-level landscape improvements including urban streetscapes, general open spaces, public plaza spaces, parking lot landscape and special landscape features, cultural landscape features, public art placement, street and landscape planting. Landscape perspective sketches illustrating the basic landscape intent. Prepare hardscape and planting material boards to convey the landscape design intent. Access and connectivity: access to the site area by highways, transit, pedestrians and bicyclists. Internal circulation concept, transit connections, pedestrian and bicycle corridors, and recommendations on Parking. Finalize infrastructure analyses for roadway, utility and stormwater infrastructure. Integration of site design, landscape design and utility layouts.
Final Master Plan. The Professional shall incorporate NBU’s review comments into a final version of the SCADA Master Plan. The final SCADA Master Plan shall be delivered with five (5) printed copies, plus one electronic copy. The Professional shall provide a two-hour presentation to the Core Team, as well as to interested NBU stakeholders. This presentation may be recorded by NBU.
