The Corporation shall pay to the United States Government or the Bond Trustee for deposit in the Rebate Fund all rebate payments required under Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code and the Tax Compliance Agreement, to the extent such amounts are not available to the Bond Trustee in the Rebate Fund held under the Bond Indenture.
