ARBITRATION 18. 01 If a grievance is not resolved through the procedure in Article 17 – Grievance Procedure, either party may within sixty (60) calendar days after Step 2 above has been completed submit the grievance to an arbitrator mutually acceptable to both parties, or if both parties agree to an arbitration board.
