Arbitration and Waivers. THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION WILL HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT ON HOW LEGAL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US ARE RESOLVED. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION IV (ARBITRATION AND WAIVERS) CAREFULLY. For a dispute subject to arbitration, neither you nor we will have the right to: (A) have a court or a jury decide the dispute; (B) engage in information-gathering (discovery) to the same extent as in court; (C) participate in a class action in court or in class arbitration; or (D) join or consolidate a claim with claims of any other persons. Arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than rules applicable in court.
