Arbitration; Attorneys’ Fees. Any dispute or conflict which arises between the parties hereto shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then current Commercial Rules in Los Angeles County, California, for arbitration and the parties shall be bound by the results of such arbitration in accordance with the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1283.
