Arbitration Is the Forum for Resolving Claims. All Claims arising out of the Work shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-applicable AAA Rules. The judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered, or review of the award may occur, in the superior court having jurisdiction thereof. No independent legal action relating to or arising from the Work shall be maintained.
