Arbitration Process Rules. Either you or we may start arbitration proceedings. Any arbitration between you and us will be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “ICC”) then in force (the “ICC Rules”) by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the ICC Rules. The arbitration will take place in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and shall be conducted in the English language and unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of any jurisdiction, the law to be applied in any arbitration shall be the law of the State of Israel, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted on an expedited basis and shall result in an award within no more than 60 days. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitration award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any motion to enforce or vacate an arbitration award under this agreement shall be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible.
