Arbitrator to Render Decision within 30 Days from Close of Hearing. The Arbitrator shall hear the grievance in dispute and shall render a decision in writing within thirty (30) calendar days from the close of the hearing. The Arbitrator's decision shall set forth his/her findings and conclusions with respect to the issues submitted to arbitration. The Arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon the Employer, the Union, and the staff member(s) involved.
