ARCHITECT/ENGINEER'S AUTHORITY. 3.25.1 The duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of the Architect/Engineer as the Principal Representative's representative during construction as set forth in the Contract Documents, shall not be modified or extended without written consent of the Principal Representative, the Architect/Engineer, and the Construction Manager, which consent(s) shall not be unreasonably withheld.
