Common use of Architects and Consultants Clause in Contracts

Architects and Consultants. The architect, engineering consultants, design team, general contractor and subcontractors responsible for the construction of Tenant’s Work shall be selected by Tenant and approved by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Landlord’s approval of the same shall not be unreasonably withheld. Landlord hereby approves of DGA Architects as Tenant’s architect.
