Names. The obligations of the Fund entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any director, shareholder, representative, or agent thereof are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the directors, shareholders, representatives or agents of the Fund personally, but bind only the property of the Fund, and all persons dealing with the Fund must look solely to the property of the Fund for the enforcement of any claims against the Fund.
Names. In the past five (5) years, Seller has not used any corporate names, trade names or assumed names other than the name in which it has executed this Agreement.
Names. Names. No Grantor (or predecessor by merger or otherwise of such Grantor) has, within the five year period preceding the date hereof, or, in the case of an Additional Grantor, the date of the applicable Counterpart, had a different name from the name of such Grantor listed on the signature pages hereof, except the names set forth on Schedule 5 annexed hereto.
Names. (a) The exact corporate name of each Grantor, as such name appears in its respective certificate of incorporation, is as follows:

(c) Except as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto, no Grantor has changed its identity or corporate structure in any way within the past five years. Changes in identity or corporate structure would include mergers, consolidations and acquisitions, as well as any change in the form, nature or jurisdiction of corporate organization. If any such change has occurred, include in Schedule 1 the information required by Sections 1 and 2 of this certificate as to each acquiree or constituent party to a merger or consolidation.
(d) The following is a list of all other names (including trade names or similar appellations) used by each Grantor or any of its divisions or other business units in connection with the conduct of its business or the ownership of its properties at any time during the past five years:

Names. As soon as reasonably possible after the Closing, but in no event later than 45 days after the Closing, Buyer shall remove the names of Seller and its affiliates, and all variations thereof, from all of the Assets and make the requisite filings with, and provide the requisite notices to, the appropriate Governmental Authorities to place the title or other indicia or responsibility of ownership, including operation of the Assets, in a name other than the name of the Seller or any of its affiliates, or any variations thereof.
Names. The names "ARMADA FUNDS" and "Trustees of ARMADA FUNDS" refer respectively to the Trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under a Declaration of Trust dated January 28, 1986 which is hereby referred to and a copy of which is on file at the office of the State Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the principal office of the Trust. The obligations of "ARMADA FUNDS" entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders, or representatives of the Trust personally, but bind only the Trust property, and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Trust must look solely to the Trust property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Trust.
Names. (a) The exact legal name of each Company, as such name appears in its respective certificate of incorporation or any other organizational document, is set forth in Schedule 1(a). Each Company is (i) the type of entity disclosed next to its name in Schedule 1(a) and (ii) a registered organization except to the extent disclosed in Schedule 1(a). Also set forth in Schedule 1(a) is the organizational identification number, if any, of each Company that is a registered organization, the Federal Taxpayer Identification Number of each Company and the jurisdiction of formation of each Company.
(b) Set forth in Schedule 1(b) hereto is a list of any other corporate or organizational names each Company has had in the past five years, together with the date of the relevant change.
(c) Set forth in Schedule 1(c) is a list of all other names used by each Company, or any other business or organization to which each Company became the successor by merger, consolidation, acquisition, change in form, nature or jurisdiction of organization or otherwise, on any filings with the Internal Revenue Service at any time within the five years preceding the date hereof. Except as set forth in Schedule 1(c), no Company has changed its jurisdiction of organization at any time during the past four months.
Names. Within five years before the date of this Agreement, Borrower has not conducted business under or used any other name (whether corporate, partnership or assumed) other than as shown on Schedule 4.21. Borrower is the sole owner of all names listed on that Schedule and any and all business done and invoices issued in such names are Borrower's sales, business, and invoices. Each trade name of Borrower represents a division or trading style of Borrower and not a separate Person or independent Affiliate.
Names. The exact legal name of each Company, as such name appears in its respective certificate of incorporation or any other organizational document, is set forth in Schedule 1(a). Each Company is (i) the type of entity disclosed next to its name in Schedule 1(a) and (ii) a registered organization except to the extent disclosed in Schedule 1(a). Also set forth in Schedule 1(a) is the organizational identification number, if any, of each Company that is a registered organization, the Federal Taxpayer Identification Number of each Company and the jurisdiction of formation of each Company.
