Common use of Architect's Certificate Clause in Contracts

Architect's Certificate. The certificate of the Architect will bind the parties as to (a) the percentage of the Total Rentable Area of the Building damaged or destroyed; (b) the period of time required to restore the Leased Premises or the Building; (c) whether or not the Leased Premises are rendered untenantable and the extent of such untenantability; (d) the date upon which the Landlord's Work or Tenant's Work of restoration is completed or substantially completed and the date when the Leased Premises are rendered tenantable; and (e) the state of completion of any work of either the Landlord or the Tenant under this Lease.

Architect's Certificate. The certificate of the Architect will Landlord's architect shall bind the parties as to to: (a) the percentage of the Total Rentable Area of the Building or the percentage of the area of the common areas and facilities damaged or destroyed; ; (b) the period of time required to restore the Leased Premises or the Building; (c) whether or not the Leased Premises are rendered untenantable and the extent of such untenantability; ; (dc) the date upon which the Landlord's Work work or Tenant's Work work of restoration reconstruction, rebuilding or repair is completed or substantially completed and the date when the Leased Premises are rendered tenantable; and and (ed) the state of completion of any work of either the Landlord or the Tenant under this Lease.

The certificate of the Architect will shall bind the parties as to to: (a) the percentage of the Total Rentable Area of the Building damaged or destroyed; (b) the period of time required to restore the Leased Premises or the Building; (c) whether or not the Leased Rentable Area of the Premises are rendered untenantable unTenantable and the extent percentage of such untenantability; the Rentable Area of the Premises rendered unTenantable, (dc) the date upon which either the Landlord's Work or Tenant's Work work of restoration reconstruction or ================================================================================ repair is completed or substantially completed and the date when the Leased Rentable Area of the Premises are rendered tenantable; Tenantable, and (ed) the state of completion of any work of either the Landlord or the Tenant under this LeaseTenant.
