Common use of Architects, Consultants and Contractors Clause in Contracts

Architects, Consultants and Contractors. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) the general contractor and any subcontractors for the Tenant Improvements shall be selected by Landlord, subject to Tenant’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and (ii) DGA shall be the architect (the “TI Architect”) for the Tenant Improvements.

Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) the general contractor and any subcontractors for the Tenant Improvements shall be selected and retained by Landlord, subject to Tenant’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and (ii) DGA CAC Architects shall be the architect retained by Landlord to prepare the plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements (the “TI Architect”) for the Tenant Improvements).

Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) BN Builders shall be the general contractor and (“General Contractor”) for the Tenant Improvements, (ii) any subcontractors for the Tenant Improvements shall be selected by Landlord, subject to Tenant’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and (iiiii) DGA Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Architects shall be the architect (the “TI Architect”) for the Tenant Improvements.
