Architects/Space Planning. Lessor has engaged LRS Architects to complete space plan and design development drawings. If Lessee is dissatisfied with the space plan, Lessee shall have the option at their cost to select their own architect, subject to the reasonable approval of Lessor. Such costs can be included in the cost of Lessor’s Work.
